When I first met Rosa Thelma Garza, she explained that her job is based on customer service and that she would represent me and guide me through the entire process. Rosa proved that time and time again with her actions and knowledge of the home construction process and the local market. Every time we had a question, she was there to answer our concern. Every time we had a doubt, she was there to help us. Every time we were frustrated, she was there to provide a shoulder to vent on. 🤣 My favorite Rosa saying is "Never give up.
