My wife, Rosa, always gives me a hard time about it. She thinks it’s hilarious and even encourages the kids to join in on the teasing. But you know what? I’ve decided to own it.

I was recently at a real estate conference in Charleston, South Carolina, and I couldn’t resist stopping by a local Pho restaurant. The flavors were amazing, but as usual, I ended up with stains all over my shirt. But instead of hiding, I walked down the street with full pride, showing off my food stains like a badge of honor.
